After setting up Call Forwarding you should test your setup to make sure everything is working correctly. Call Assistant will call your number and you should hang up the call to make sure the call is correctly forwarded to our number

  • I can't setup conditional call forwarding
    There are a couple of reasons why call forwarding may not work. Before you proceed you should make sure you have mobile data enabled, and wifi calling disabled, turning wifi off can help in some cases.
    Turning Airplane Mode on and off sometimes can fix things as it resets your mobile connectivity. If nothing else works try calling your operator
  • How to setup conditional call forwarding?
    Through our apps you can try to enable conditional call forwarding but this is not always possible. You can always setup call forwarding manually. Some operators require using the operator's dedicated mobile app, in some cases conditional call forwarding is a paid feature and you must activate.
  • I get an error when testing Call Assistant
    This could be caused because call forwarding is not correctly setup or your mobile operator may not be compatible with Call Assistant.
    If nothing else works try calling your operator to check if the conditional call forwarding is correctly setup and working 
  • When I try to test Call Assistant I don't get a test call
    In some cases, the operators block our test number. You can always try to call your number from another phone and hangup the call. If you hear the Call Assistant greeting your ready to go.
